• Um. How do I quote a URL?

Thanks.
• oops. Just saw the button. will try.
• Maybe I do need help.

When I click the url button a http/ comes up so I put the link in there, then another window pops open again with a http link. I've seen some people post a link with different words than the link. Like for example the title of a link. How do I do that?

I would recommend going here, copying and pasting the bits in between "" before tweaking as necessary. That's how I did this post.

Type the words you want to be shown in the link in the body of your post, “title of article” or whatever. Then highlight that text and click on the url button, put in the url and click okay.

Two things: First, if you copied the url from your browser and “http://” is already in the url box when you bring it up (which it sometimes is), you’ll need to delete it. Otherwise, you’ll have “http://http://:” and your link won’t work.

Second, you can just type the whole thing (which you have to do if you’re on a phone):
Name of Article

Hope this helps!
