My current earworm is Bernadette Farrell's setting of Psalm 122 I rejoiced when I heard them say because I had to learn it from scratch on Saturday to be ready for Sunday then had it playing on repeat before the service to give the congregation a fighting chance.

It was stupid to watch Rod Stewart at Glasto, now I've got several tracks tinkling in my head. But hang on, screeching round the outside and overtaking are some Oasis songs, Sally can wait, or is it, can't wait?
Speaking of Rod Stewart, some of the most annoying ear worms are composite ones - i.e. where there is a musical similarity which makes one morph into the other.

Gosh, that brings back long forgotten times from my childhood, but I find I have forgotten almost all of the lyrics - can't get past "into your tent I creep"
Usually an old, long-forgotten song leaps back into my mind almost in its entirety after hearing just a few words.
Do I dare G**gle it, and risk getting an undelete-able ear worm?
The final hymn on Sunday (Tuesday morning here now) was Battle Hymn of the Republic and "Glory, glory, hallelujah" is still making regular entrances into my head.
