    Wordle in six when I made two wrong guesses at the end.
    Quordle even worse with a fail. After a fairly promising start (3, 4, 5), I was left with too many options for the top left word. Making four wrong choices I ran out of chances.

    I am beginning to think that when you are facing a situation when multiple words could fill the letter pattern, like @Darda and the upper left, the smart move might be to try to think of a different word that uses 3 or so of the potential "correct" letters and see if you get any hits.

    So, for example, if you have T R _ _ E and from your remaining letters you know it could be TRUCE or TROVE or TRIPE, you spend one guess on VOICE and see what letters are hits.

    After guess 2, I used the technique I mentioned above. Lots and lots of words used letters 2 & 3, so I found a word made up of some of those possible other letters...and hit pay dirt! I then knew all 5 letters, and there was only one word to make from them.

    That approach also helped in Quordle, with the upper right, and an added benefit in that it made lower left easy to solve too!
